A team of food and beverage scientists based in London and the Netherlands, our team has a comprehensive knowledge of the international landscape with notable experience of food and beverage innovation in the United Kingdom, United States, EMEA and APAC. Natalie Alibrandi

Natalie Alibrandi

Natalie has over 15 years of experience working within FMCG in Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Innovation and Marketing.

Her aim is to support small brands and start-ups with the technical assistance to formulate, package and execute manufacturing on a large scale for product launches.

Natalie is London-based, having lived previously in New York City, and have global experience of product launches in LATAM, EMEA and APAC.

Ella Marshall

Ella Marshall

Ella holds a degree in International Food and Agribusiness, specialising in sustainability, nutrition, and future food systems. With extensive R&D and product development experience in food, beverages, and natural beauty, she has supported launches in the US and EMEA. Her professional journey includes roles as an innovation intern at Vita Coco and as a consultant for multinational companies, start-ups, and farms.

She is driven to support the development of ethical and environmentally-responsible products through innovation. Currently based in The Netherlands, Ella has also lived in the United Kingdom.

Andre Dwomoah

Andre Dwomoah

Andre is a Nutrition and Food Management Graduate, with a background in food and beverage and a particular interest in confectionery and baked goods. Andre’s study of both Culinary Arts Management and Nutrition and Food Management has given him a necessary foundation in the theoretical and practical aspects of food, and is keen to use this knowledge on a diverse range of projects.

Valentina Rivera

Valentina Rivera

Valentina holds a degree in Forensic Science and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Molecular Biology. She has several years of experience in the food industry, where she held leadership roles overseeing food safety, quality control, and daily operations. Her background combines practical knowledge of health and safety standards with laboratory experience in biological sample analysis. Valentina is passionate about applying both her scientific knowledge and food industry experience to support the team across a wide range of projects. Valentina is London-based, having previously lived in Spain
